Register Your Return
Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes, and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
